The following information is meant to help answer any questions as to what to expect when visiting our church. You can always "visit" us online via our livestream prior to joining a service in person. If you decide to visit in person, someone will greet you at the door, welcome you, and help answer any additional questions you may have:
- How can I attend the services?
- You can attend the services in person, at 725 W Hickpochee Ave, LaBelle, FL 33935 or online. A live streaming link is available on the home page.
- What time does service start and when should I arrive?
- Sunday Services start at 10:30 a.m. We encourage you to plan to arrive about 15 minutes prior to find a seat and meet some of our family.
- Wednesday evening services start at 7:00 p.m. We encourage everyone to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to provide enough time to drop off their children at children's church, in the Life Center next door, before the service.
- What should I wear?
- Dress comfortably and modestly. We want to create an environment where you can be comfortable enough to engage with us and encounter God without distraction. If you visit, you will find a variety of styles from casual (jeans & a t-shirt), business casual, to traditional "Sunday Best" attire.
- What is it like?
- Our Sunday Service is approximately 1.5 - 2 hours long on average. We begin at 10:30 a.m. with a welcome from the pastor(s) and prayer, which is immediately followed with contemporary praise and worship led by a full band of vocals, keyboard, guitar(s), bass, drums, and minor percussions. We allow the Holy Spirit to move and lead the service as He sees fit, without always conforming to a rigid schedule or program. After praise and worship, children are dismissed to their classrooms, and the message based from the Bible is given to the congregation. We conclude each service with prayer and provide ministry teams at the front of the sanctuary to pray privately with anyone who needs prayer.
- What about my kids?
- We believe the family should participate in praise and worship together. We provide a nursery space connected to the sanctuary to allow parents with infants and/or toddlers to sit with his or her child and still participate in the worship. We engage each age group at their own level, and after praise and worship, we release the children 3 - 12 years old to their respective classrooms. The teachers meet the children in the foyer and escort them next door to our "Life Center Building" where children's church occurs during the sermon portion of the service. After service, parents must pick up their child(ren) from their classroom(s) or the playground. Once a month, children 10-12 years old remain in the sanctuary for the sermon. Teenagers participate in the service throughout its entirety. Teens meet each Friday at 7:00 pm in their own space upstairs.
- Where do I park?
- Parking is provided on site. We're a smaller church with both paved and grass parking areas. There are no reserved parking spaces other than handicap accessible parking at the front of the building. We welcome you to park in the first space you find most convenient.
- How can I get connected?
- We provide all first-time visitors with a welcome packet that contains information about our church and a yellow card for you to fill out. We encourage our visitors to fill out the yellow card and drop it in the offering plate at the front of the sanctuary or in one of the boxes located next to the double doors at the back of the sanctuary. Don't worry, we don't sell any of your information or put you on any type of mailing list. This is the simplest way to connect with us.
- How can I join a ministry or small group?
- Reach out to the ministry leader or look for the next meeting time in the weekly bullentin or events page.
